Letter of Endorsement Williston Police Association On July 18th, 2018 the Williston Police Association held a meeting at which Verlan Kvande spoke and invited our association to endorse his candidacy. The members unanimously voted to endorse Williams County Sheriff candidate Verlan Kvande The Williston Police Association's mission statement is to work in partnership with local organizations, create and maintain traditions, enhance the community we live in, and inspire prosperous relationships within the community. We believe that Verlan embodies the mission that the Williston Police Association strives to complete. Verlan Kvande has the knowledge, experience, and determination to make Williams County a better community.
