SEASONAL HELP NEEDED: Dakota Pro Landscape Services LLC, located at 14129 Hwy 2, P.O. Box 817, Williston, ND 58801 - (701) 306-1082, needs 11 temporary/full-time Landscapers starting on 04/01/2020- 11/01/2020. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers will perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod, laying mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, edge landscape, and pruning. Employees will complete installation of mortar-less concrete blocks for landscaping. Employee will need to level the ground by digging into the soil, adding rock and sand to level the ground, then stack and level each layer of interlocking mortar- less concrete blocks to build garden borders, flower beds and retaining walls. Employee will need to break or cut blocks to size, using trowel edge, hammer, or power saw. Working outdoors using hands and equipment, will stand, bend and should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Important to be accurate. Require 3 months verifiable landscaping experience. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Wages will be paid bi-weekly. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment to perform the job. The employer will provide housing if needed at no cost to the employee, housing is optional. Possible weekly hours: 45+ hours/week. 7:30am-5:00 pm M-F. Possible weekend /holiday work. Employer will comply w/applicable Federal, State, local laws pertaining to OT. Employer will pay $16.03/hr ($24.05/hr Overtime if available but not guaranteed) for work performed in Williston, ND in Williams County and to Watford City, ND in McKenzie County. Employer will provide transportation at no cost to employee to and from work sites. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including mandated by the government (excl. passport fees). If worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide/ pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence. Travel will be reimbursed for meals and lodging for $12.46 per day up to $55.00 per day with receipts. On the job training will not be provided.
