Patient Benefit Coordinator We at the Trenton Indian Service Area are looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator. The patient coordinator is the first person a client will see to insure their documentation is in order. The patient coordinator will assist patients with their insurance needs. We are looking for a career-minded person with a friendly personality. Perform administrative tasks including answering phones Entering patient data Obtain information to verify insurance coverage and inform patients Patient check-in/check-out Schedule and confirm appointments for patients Keep and maintain patient files Minimum qualifications: Ability to use a multi-line phone system Computer skills Excellent communication and time management skills Knowledge of Insurance information Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail 2 Years Experience preferred Working hours are from 8am-4:30PM.
