Robert and Cherie have been married for nearly four decades. They are proud to have raised their two sons, a petroleum engineer in Northwest North Dakota and an architect and a retired Naval officer living in Boston. The Harms know firsthand the qualities that make District 2 a wonderful place to raise a family and understand the challenges facing voters on the state's western side. Robert will be a senator who understands the strength of the Northwest while also being a strong advocate for our area. He has lived his entire life in North Dakota and knows our state and region well and how to affect positive changes.
