Fort Peck Community Service Program Request for Proposals Refrigerated Truck The vendor shall provide and deliver one (1), fully operational refrigerated truck to include the following basic desired components for the refrigerated truck: 1. Cab chassis: New, current model year medium duty gasoline truck; 2. Back up Camera (factory installed); 3. Reefer Body (20' long with side doors); 4. Refrigeration Unit: Thermo King TS 200 (or better) with electrical adapter; 5. Liftgate: MTB 25 or 30 Maxon Tuk-A-Way or approved equal. The finished truck and components shall meet all federal, state and local DOT regulations. Warranties: The up-fit process shall be accomplished such that none of the individual components manufacturer warranties are compromised or voided. Proposal specific requirements: Proposals should be thorough and detailed as possible to that the CSP may properly evaluate capabilities to provide the required product. Provide complete pricing for the Cab Chassis to include: 1) base price and list of options with associated prices; provide price for Reefer Body, Refrigeration Unit and liftgate; pricing shall include delivery to Poplar, Montana. 2) Quality of Products offered and suitability for intended purpose; provide manufacturers' specifications for all components offered as well as commercial warranty information for each. 3. Specific Plan for providing goods and services: provide complete and thorough timeline for providing the completed Refrigerated Truck starting from receipt of award. SELECTION CRITERIA AND AWARD: A. Selection Criteria Proposals will be evaluated by CSP using the following: Maximum Point Criteria Value 1. Price (Cost) 40 points. 2. Quality of Products Offered and Suitability for intended purpose 20 points. 3. Specific Plan for providing goods and Services 20. 4. Qualifications and experiences of Offer or in providing the goods/services 20 points. Total 100 Points.
